PENALTY
A direct free kick awarded when a foul is committed by the defending team inside their own penalty area. Penalty kicks are taken from 12 yards in front of the goal.
STRIKER
A forward player whose primary role is to score goals. Strikers play near the opponent's goal and are often the team's main source of scoring.

Short for goalkeeper, the player who defends the goal by preventing the opposing team from scoring. The keeper is the only player allowed to use their hands.
TACKLE
